Pasta Preparation
- 1
Cook the Penne Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 10-12 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Alfredo Sauce Preparation
- 2
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with black pepper and stir to combine.
Add-ins

Combine Add-ins with Pasta
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and return it to the pot. Stir in the prepared Alfredo sauce, sliced prosciutto, and baby peas. Mix well until everything is evenly coated. Keep on low heat to warm through for about 2 minutes.
Salmon Preparation
- 4
Grill the Salmon
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
Assembly

Serve the Dish
Plate the creamy penne pasta mixture and top with grilled salmon fillets. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and black pepper if desired. Serve immediately.
