Main Ingredients

Creamy Sauce Ingredients

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Place the salmon on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cooking the Spinach

  1. 2

    Sauté the Spinach

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Making the Creamy Sauce

  1. 3

    Prepare the Sauce

In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, and minced garlic over medium heat. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until fully melted and combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Assembling the Dish

  1. 4

    Plate the Dish

On a serving platter, create a bed of sautéed spinach. Place the grilled salmon fillets on top of the spinach. Drizzle the creamy sauce generously over the salmon and spinach. Serve immediately.
