Prepare the Dough
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch round. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.

Slice the Tomatoes
Wash the Roma tomatoes and slice them into thin rounds. Set aside.

Prepare the Cheese
Grate the Asiago cheese and slice the fresh mozzarella into thin rounds.

Prepare the Basil
Wash the fresh basil leaves and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Add Olive Oil
Drizzle the olive oil over the surface of the rolled-out pizza dough.

Layer the Tomatoes
Evenly distribute the sliced Roma tomatoes over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.

Add the Cheese
Sprinkle the grated Asiago cheese evenly over the tomatoes, then layer the slices of fresh mozzarella on top.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the toppings to taste.

Tear the fresh basil leaves and scatter them over the pizza.

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
