Honey Pepper Salmon

Prepare the Salmon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix Honey and Pepper
In a small bowl, combine honey, black pepper, olive oil, and salt. Mix well.

Coat the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the honey pepper mixture generously over the fillets.

Bake
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Mash the Potatoes
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, and salt. Mash until smooth and creamy.
Porcini Sauce

Cook the Sauce
In a saucepan, combine chicken broth and chopped porcini mushrooms. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes.

Finish the Sauce
Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
