Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Assemble the Salad
In a large salad bowl, add 4 cups of mixed greens and 1 cup of halved cherry tomatoes.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of honey. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine and Serve
Slice the grilled chicken and layer it on top of the mixed greens and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
