Preparation

Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Allow to marinate for about 15 minutes.

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Chicken
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest.

Cook the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Add the sliced onion, red and green bell peppers, and cook for about 5 minutes until softened.

Make the Cajun Cream Sauce
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Allow the sauce to simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.

Serve
Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
