Method

Prepare the Pasta

  1. 1

    Cook the Farfalle

In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the farfalle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken

  1. 2

    Season and Brown the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables

  1. 3

    Sauté Onions, Peppers, and Celery

In the same skillet, add the diced onion, bell pepper, celery, and minced garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.

Make the Sauce

  1. 4

    Combine and Simmer

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and let cook for another 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

Combine and Serve

  1. 5

    Finish the Dish

Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet. Add the cooked farfalle and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine all ingredients. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Stir in chopped parsley before serving.
