Prepare Chicken

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Cook Pasta
- 2
Boil the Fettuccine
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the boiling water. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta and set aside.
Make Alfredo Sauce
- 3
Prepare the Sauce
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Continue to stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Combine and Serve

Mix Everything Together
Add the cooked fettuccine to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat the pasta evenly. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
