Preparation of Salad Base

Wash and Chop Lettuce
Rinse the Romaine lettuce under cold water. Remove any wilted outer leaves. Pat dry with a towel and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare Tomatoes
Wash the Roma tomatoes, cut them in half, and then slice each half into thin wedges.
Making Croutons

Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy, tossing halfway through.

Make the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assembling the Salad

Combine Ingredients
In a large serving bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, Roma tomato wedges, and croutons.

Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
