Preparation
Preheat your wood-fired oven to a high temperature (around 450°F/232°C).

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and cut the romanesco into florets. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

Seasoning
In a large bowl, toss the romanesco and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice until well coated.

Roasting
Spread the seasoned vegetables evenly on a baking sheet and place them in the wood-fired oven. Roast for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Remove the vegetables from the oven, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Serve warm and enjoy!
