Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cupcake Liners

Line a muffin tin with mini cupcake liners.

  2. 2

    Melt the Chocolate

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

  3. 3

    Make the Peanut Butter Filling

In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Cups

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into the bottom of each cupcake liner. Then, add a tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate. Finally, cover the peanut butter with another tablespoon of melted chocolate.

  5. 5

    Chill the Cups

Refrigerate the cups for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once set, remove the Reese's Cups from the liners and enjoy!
