Prepare the Jello
In a large mixing bowl, combine the berry-flavored gelatin mix with 2 cups of boiling water. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Add Cold Water
Once the gelatin is dissolved, add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture. Stir well to combine.

Set the Jello
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch dish or individual cups. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the Jello is firm.

Add Whipped Cream
Once the Jello is set, remove from the refrigerator. Spread or pipe 2 cups of whipped cream evenly over the top of the Jello.

Decorate with Gummies
Gently place gummy star-shaped candies on top of the whipped cream for a playful touch.

Finish with Rock Candy
Sprinkle the rock candy on top of the Jello and whipped cream to add a crunchy texture and a pop of color.
