Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Fruits
Wash all the fruits thoroughly under running water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- 2
Slice the Strawberries
Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on your preference.
- 3
Prepare the Kiwi
Peel the kiwi with a knife and slice it into rounds or half-moons.
- 4
Chop the Pineapple
If using a whole pineapple, remove the skin and core, then chop the fruit into bite-sized pieces. If using canned pineapple, drain it well.
- 5
Combine Fruits
In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi slices, pineapple pieces, and grapes.
- 6
Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice until well combined.
- 7
Dress the Fruit
Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the mixed fruits and gently toss to coat all the fruit pieces.
- 8
Garnish with Mint
Finely chop the mint leaves and sprinkle them over the fruit cup for added flavor and freshness.
- 9
Serve
Transfer the fruit mixture into serving cups or bowls and enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to an hour before serving.
