Prepare the Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce under cold water, then drain and pat dry with paper towels. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Toast the Croutons
Spread the bread cubes onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir occasionally to ensure even toasting. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Assemble the Salad
In the bowl with the chopped romaine lettuce, add the classic Caesar dressing. Toss well until the lettuce is evenly coated with the dressing.

Add Cheese and Croutons
Grate the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and sprinkle it over the dressed lettuce. Add the toasted garlic crouton crumble on top. Gently toss the salad again to combine all ingredients.
