Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté Vegetables

In the same pot, add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and Broth

Add diced potatoes and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Incorporate Corn and Lobster

Stir in sweet corn and cooked lobster meat. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Finish with Cream

Pour in heavy cream and stir until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve

Garnish with chopped chives and the reserved crispy turkey bacon. Serve hot.
