Method

Mini Burger Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a cheese slice on top of each patty and cover to melt.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burgers

On each mini burger bun, layer a lettuce leaf, then the cooked patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, and your choice of ketchup and mustard.

Fries Directions

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips to make fries.

  2. 7

    Soak the Fries

Soak the potato strips in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  3. 8

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  4. 9

    Fry the Potatoes

Carefully add the soaked potato strips to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. 10

    Drain and Season

Remove the fries from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate. Season with salt while still hot.
