Chop the Vegetables
Dice the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the jalapeño pepper (remove seeds for less heat).

If using canned black beans, drain and rinse them under cold water in a colander.
