Waffle Preparation

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; do not overmix. The batter should be slightly lumpy.

Preheat Waffle Iron
Preheat your Belgian waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Cook the Waffle
Pour enough batter into the preheated waffle maker to just cover the waffle grid. Close the lid and cook until the waffle is golden brown and crispy (typically about 5-7 minutes).

Add Nutella
Once the waffle is cooked, carefully remove it from the waffle maker and place it on a serving plate. Spread a generous amount of Nutella over the top.

Evenly distribute the fresh strawberries and blueberries over the Nutella-covered waffle.
