Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Prepare the Bread
Take the slices of bread and set them aside. You can use any bread you prefer, such as white, whole grain, or brioche.

Heat the Pan
In a non-stick skillet or frying pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

Dip the Bread
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated. Allow any excess mixture to drip off.

Place the coated bread slices onto the heated skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Once cooked, remove the French toast from the skillet and place it on a plate.
