Cook the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour the eggs into the skillet. Cook until the edges start to set, then gently stir with a spatula until the eggs are cooked to your preference (sunny-side up, scrambled, etc.). Remove from heat.

Buttermilk Biscuit

Prepare the Biscuit Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add Buttermilk
Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the buttermilk. Stir until just combined; do not overmix.

Shape the Biscuits
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times. Pat the dough to about 1-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter or a glass.

Bake the Biscuits
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
