Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add olive oil and water gradually until a dough forms. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Roll Out the Dough
After resting, divide the dough into quarters. Roll out each piece on a floured surface until thin (about 1/8 inch thick).

Shape the Ravioli
Cut dough into squares (about 3 inches). Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each square. Fold the dough over to form triangles or rectangles and seal the edges with a fork.

Cook the Ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add ravioli and cook for 3-4 minutes until they float. Remove with a slotted spoon.

Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add tomato sauce, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
