    Rinse the quinoa under cold water. In a pot, combine quinoa and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the quinoa is fluffy. Remove from heat and set aside.

    In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
