Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the onion, green chilies, and tomato into small pieces. Finely chop the coriander leaves and set aside.

  2. 2

    Beat the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them well. Add salt, black pepper, and the chopped coriander leaves to the beaten eggs and mix.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat oil or butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and green chilies, and sauté until the onions become translucent.

  4. 4

    Add Tomatoes

Add the chopped tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until softened.

  5. 5

    Cook the Omelet

Pour the beaten egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the edges are set. Carefully flip the omelet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slide the omelet onto a plate, cut it in half if desired, and serve hot.
