Lobster Tail Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lobster

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat out of the shell, but keep it attached at the base. Lay the meat on top of the shell.

  3. 3

    Make the Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Coat the Lobster

Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.

  5. 5

    Bake the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges on the side.
