Ribs

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.

  3. 3

    Cook the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil, sealing them tightly. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

  4. 4

    Glaze with BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top layer of foil. Brush the BBQ sauce generously over the top of the ribs. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Finish and Serve

Once the ribs are caramelized and sticky, remove them from the oven. Let them rest for about 10 minutes before cutting. Drizzle with apple cider vinegar for added flavor and serve with your favorite sides.
