Juice the Lemons
Roll the lemons on a countertop to make them easier to juice. Cut them in half and use a juicer to extract the juice into a measuring cup. You should have about 1 cup of lemon juice.

Make the Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with the granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Combine Ingredients
In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice, cooled simple syrup, and the remaining 3 cups of water. Stir well to mix.

Serve
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemonade over the ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
