Fried Pork Chop Sandwich
Method
Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Pork Chops
Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Let them sit for about 15 minutes.
- 2
Set Up the Breading Station
In a shallow dish, combine the all-purpose flour and cornstarch. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- 3
Bread the Pork Chops
Dip each pork chop first in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally back into the flour mixture to ensure a good coating.
- 4
Fry the Pork Chops
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the breaded pork chops in the oil and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 5
Assemble the Sandwiches
Remove the fried pork chops and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Toast the hamburger buns lightly. On each bun, layer lettuce, a fried pork chop, slices of tomato, and pickles. Cover with the top bun.
- 6
Serve
Enjoy your delicious fried pork chop sandwich while hot!
