Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Rub the dry mixture generously over both sides of the ribs. Allow the ribs to sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
