    Prepare the Smoker

    Soak the wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes. Drain the wood chips and place them in the smoker or a smoking box if using a grill.

    Smoke the Burrata

    Preheat the smoker or grill to 225°F (107°C). Place the burrata cheese on the grill grate or smoker rack. Cover and smoke the cheese for about 30 minutes, or until it has taken on a nice smoky flavor.

    Drizzle and Season

    Once the burrata is smoked, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
