Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Broth

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).

  3. 3

    Add Wine and Broth

Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly. Then add the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.

  4. 4

    Cook Seafood

Add the shrimp, clams, squid, and mussels to the broth. Cover the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the clams and mussels have opened and the shrimp are cooked through.

  5. 5

    Combine Pasta and Seafood

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing gently to combine with the seafood and broth. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.

  6. 6

    Season and Garnish

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for garnish.
