Prepare the Espresso
Brew a shot of espresso using your preferred method and set aside.

Scoop the Gelato
In a serving glass or bowl, place one generous scoop of gelato.

Add the Liquor
Pour 3/4 oz of your chosen liquor over the gelato.

Add the Espresso
Carefully pour the hot shot of espresso over the gelato and liquor.

Serve Immediately
Serve immediately while the gelato is melting slightly into the espresso and liquor.
