Base Ingredients

Method

Preparation

1

Combine Base Ingredients

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds. Mix well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed among the oats.

2

Add Liquid

Pour in the almond milk (or your chosen milk) into the oats and chia mixture. Stir until all the dry ingredients are fully soaked.

Adding Flavor

3

Incorporate Flavor Components

Add the blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using) to the oat mixture. Gently fold the ingredients together until well combined.

Chill and Serve

4

Refrigerate Overnight

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to individual jars. Place in the refrigerator and let sit overnight or for at least 4 hours, allowing the oats to absorb the liquid and thicken.

5

Serve

In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If desired, add a splash more milk to reach your preferred consistency. Serve chilled, topped with additional blueberries, and enjoy!
