Granola Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, shredded coconut, golden raisins, dried cherries, and salt.

Combine Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

Combine and Bake
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
Caramelized Pear Preparation

Prepare Pears
Peel and halve the pears, removing the core.

Cook Pears
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice, stirring until well combined.

Caramelize Pears
Add the pear halves cut-side down to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until caramelized. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Assemble the Dish
