Prepare the Pork

Make the Marinade
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to create a dry rub.

Rub the Pork
Rub the dry marinade mixture all over the pork shoulder, ensuring it is evenly coated.

Slow Cook
Place the coated pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Add apple cider vinegar and water. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
Prepare the Sliders

Mix the Coleslaw
In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until the mixture is fully combined.

Assemble the Sliders
Once the pork is done cooking, shred it using two forks. Take slider buns and place a generous portion of pulled pork on each bun. Top with coleslaw mixture.
