Prepare the Brisket
If you haven't already, cook your brisket until tender and slice it into small pieces or shred it.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Layer the Chips
Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.

Add Brisket
Evenly distribute the cooked brisket over the tortilla chips.

Add Cheese and Jalapeños
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the brisket and then add the sliced jalapeños on top.

Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven and drizzle sour cream, guacamole, and chopped cilantro over the nachos. Serve immediately.
