Prepare the Pulled Pork
If you don't have pre-cooked pulled pork, cook pork shoulder in a slow cooker with BBQ sauce on low for 8 hours or until tender. Shred the pork with two forks and mix with remaining BBQ sauce.

Layer the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread the tortilla chips evenly. Top them with the pulled pork mixture, ensuring even distribution.

Add Cheese and Jalapeños
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the pulled pork. Then, add jalapeños on top of the cheese.

Bake the Nachos
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the assembled nachos in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
