Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steaks

Take the steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. 2

    Season the Steaks

Rub the steaks with olive oil, then season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat, around 450-500°F (232-260°C).

  4. 4

    Grill the Steaks

Place the steaks on the hot grill and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Add Butter and Rosemary

In the last minute of cooking, add butter and chopped rosemary on top of the steaks to melt and infuse.

  6. 6

    Rest the Steaks

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute.

  7. 7

    Serve

Slice the steaks against the grain and serve with your favorite sides.
