Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Whisk well until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
- 2
Marinate the Ribs
Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Cooking
- 3
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- 4
Bake the Ribs
Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Reserve the marinade for later use. Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours, or until they are tender.
- 5
Glaze the Ribs
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, baste the ribs with the reserved marinade every 10 minutes to enhance the flavor and create a nice glaze.
- 6
Rest and Slice
Once cooked, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for about 10 minutes. Then, slice the ribs between the bones into individual portions.
Serving
- 7
Plate and Garnish
Serve the sliced ribs on a platter. Optionally, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for added flavor and presentation.
