Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Bake the Wings

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

Flavoring

  1. 3

    Add Your Choice of Flavor

Once the wings are cooked, toss them in your desired flavoring. For Cajun wings, sprinkle with cajun seasoning and toss to coat. For Buffalo, melt the butter and mix with hot sauce, then toss wings in the sauce. For Honey Spice, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder, then toss wings in the glaze. For Bourbon Teriyaki, mix bourbon and teriyaki sauce, toss wings in the glaze. For BBQ, simply toss wings in BBQ sauce.

Serving

  1. 4

    Serve

Serve the wings hot with your choice of dressing on the side, such as ranch, blue cheese, or honey mustard.
