Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, place them on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash the lettuce leaves and pat them dry. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.

Assemble the Hoagie

  1. 3

    Build the Hoagie

Slice the hoagie buns open without cutting all the way through. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the inside of each bun. Layer the sliced turkey breast evenly inside each bun.

  2. 4

    Add Cheese and Bacon

Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the turkey in each hoagie. Add two crispy bacon strips per hoagie.

  3. 5

    Finish with Vegetables

Top each hoagie with lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Close the hoagie by folding the bun over the filling.
