Method
Prepare the Tater Tots
- 1
Bake the Tater Tots

Season the Tater Tots
Once the tater tots are cooked, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle the Cajun spice over them. Gently toss to ensure the tots are evenly coated.

In a large serving dish, layer the seasoned tater tots, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese, sliced jalapeños, diced red onion, and diced tomato. Make sure to distribute the toppings evenly.

Return the assembled totchos to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve the Totchos

Add Condiments
Remove the totchos from the oven and allow them to cool for a minute. Serve immediately with a dollop of sour cream and a drizzle of Sriracha ketchup on the side.
