Dough Preparation

Activate the Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Make the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let the Dough Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Assemble the Pizza

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Roll Out the Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Transfer to Baking Sheet
Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.

Add Sauce
Spread the Russian or Thousand Island dressing evenly over the dough.

Layer the Toppings
Add the corned beef slices evenly over the sauce, followed by the sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and sprinkle caraway seeds on top.

Bake the Pizza
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
