Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into strips approximately 1 inch wide. Pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Set Up Bread Station

In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. In the flour, add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, and mix well to combine.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Coat the Chicken

Take each chicken strip and first coat it in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip it in the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

  2. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  3. 5

    Fry the Chicken Strips

Carefully add the coated chicken strips to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  4. 6

    Drain and Serve

Once cooked, transfer the chicken strips to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
