Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat 2 cups of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

Heat the Oil for Frying
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat 4 cups of vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 4-5 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Season
Remove the fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt immediately while hot.

Serve the fries alongside the chicken tenders.
