Preparing Chicken

Cut the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Breading
In a bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken first into the egg wash, then coat it in the flour mixture.
Cooking

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken pieces to the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Cook in batches if necessary.

Drain the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oil and place it on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Mix the Sauce
For Buffalo sauce, simply mix buffalo sauce with melted butter if desired. For BBQ sauce, mix with honey and brown sugar for sweetness.

Once the chicken is cooked and drained, toss it in the sauce of your choice until evenly coated.

Serve the chicken wings hot with your choice of ranch, blue cheese, or honey mustard dressing on the side.
