Method

Preparing Chicken

  1. 1

    Cut the Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Breading

In a bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Egg Wash

In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until well combined.

  4. 4

    Bread the Chicken

Dip each piece of chicken first into the egg wash, then coat it in the flour mixture.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Heat the Oil

In a deep frying pan, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  2. 6

    Fry the Chicken

Carefully add the breaded chicken pieces to the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Cook in batches if necessary.

  3. 7

    Drain the Chicken

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oil and place it on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Preparing Sauces

  1. 8

    Choose Your Sauce

In a separate bowl, combine the desired sauce ingredients based on your choice (Buffalo, BBQ, Honey Spice, Bourbon Teriyaki, or Cajun).

  2. 9

    Mix the Sauce

For Buffalo sauce, simply mix buffalo sauce with melted butter if desired. For BBQ sauce, mix with honey and brown sugar for sweetness.

Serving

  1. 10

    Toss the Chicken in Sauce

Once the chicken is cooked and drained, toss it in the sauce of your choice until evenly coated.

  2. 11

    Serve with Dressing

Serve the chicken wings hot with your choice of ranch, blue cheese, or honey mustard dressing on the side.
