Cooking the Burger

Form the Patties
Take the ground beef and form it into two equal-sized patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon bits until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

Add Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with the cheese blend and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
Assembling the Burger

Build Your Burger
On the bottom half of the hamburger bun, place the cooked patty with melted cheese. Add pickles, onions, and crispy bacon bits on top. Finish with the top half of the bun.
