Method

Chicken Wings Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss well to coat the wings evenly.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Chicken Tenders Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Breading Stations

Set up three bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt, paprika, and black pepper; one with beaten eggs; and one with bread crumbs.

  2. 4

    Bread the Chicken

Dip each chicken breast in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Place on a baking sheet.

  3. 5

    Cook the Tenders

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken tenders for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Mini Corn Dogs Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Batter

In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and the egg. Whisk until smooth.

  2. 7

    Insert Skewers into Hot Dogs

Insert a skewer into each hot dog, leaving enough stick to hold.

  3. 8

    Fry the Corn Dogs

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 375°F (190°C). Dip each hot dog into the batter and carefully place in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
