Chicken Pieces

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Rinse the chicken pieces under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Make the Marinade

In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

  3. 3

    Marinate the Chicken

Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces in the large bowl. Make sure each piece is generously coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 5

    Arrange Chicken on Baking Sheet

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. Place the marinated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

  3. 6

    Bake the Chicken

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy. Flip the chicken halfway through cooking for even browning.

  4. 7

    Serve

Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy your 16-piece chicken platter!
