Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken pieces, ensuring they are well coated.

Roast the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken quarters on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Bake the Potatoes
Spread the seasoned potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer. Place them in the oven alongside the chicken for about 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
