Gather Ingredients
Collect all ingredients: Dewar's White Label, Amaretto Di Saronno, bitters, and an orange peel.

Chill the Glass
Fill a rocks glass with ice water to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour 2 oz of Dewar's White Label Scotch Whisky, 1 oz of Amaretto Di Saronno, and 2 dashes of bitters.

Stir
Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and combined.

Prepare the Glass
Discard the ice water from the rocks glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

Garnish
Twist the orange peel over the drink to release the oils, then place it on top as a garnish.
